He has long, flowing dark brown hair, and a rather rough face for his age, with many scars and cuts across it, contrastig with his pale white skin(Despite said skin having some burns to it). Joshua stands quite tall and is of average build. Most of the time he has a six o'clock shade beard on his face, which he only shaves in formal occasions.

Vulpes had light hazelnut eyes, and a large scar on his left eye, always burning crimson for it was a deep one. Most of the time he wears his standard attire consisting of a black trench coat with a metal chestpiece for protection of his chest, also black pants and a chainmail protecting most of his upper body. He also uses a pair of dark, fingerless gloves.

In stealth engagements though, he used a mask similar to the used years ago by the followers of Voldemort, but instead his has a more mechanical feel to it, simbolizing his wish to unite the muggle and the wizard world, and a black hood.

Personality: Despite his rather tough and evil appearance, Corvo is actually a pretty nice guy when he is not on a mission. He is polite and does not mistreat people, but that is part of his philosophy. He fights for the union of the muggle and the wizard world, however he does not have an anxiety to show his powers in front of muggles.

After all, one man alone wouldn't send the message. The people's minds would be erased and Joshua would be hunted and killed. For his plan to work, he had to gather followers, and that's one of the reasons he kept his cool attitude and politeness, despite this being his "true self" qualities.

However, when on a mission and with his mask, his personality differs greatly. Vulpes becomes a little more cruel, and despite not killing innocents given the choice, he understands the has to cause pain for some to achieve his objective, and does so with great sadness in his interior, but demonstrating no emotion in the inside. He also keeps a more evil way of speech and attitude, so wizards would fear him more.

History: Corvo was born to a muggle father and a witch mother, and they lived peacefully and happy. His father knew of his mother's secret, as she had told him a few years before Joshua was born. His father didn't feel intimidated by any rate, and in fact enjoyed having a different family from the rest.

His mother's family though, wasn't so happy about the union. They considered his father unworthy of marrying their special daughter, and the tension between his father and his mother's family was great, until one day it reached extreme levels, to the point one day his father was found dead in their house, having been transfigured into a tea cup and being stepped upon.

His mother became colder that day, as she was sure it was her family's doing. However, the Ministry never managed to prove it, and fearing comeback from her family, his mother fled for a smaller muggle village in Ireland, and hid there until her son became eleven.

Due to the recent events, it was common for Hogwarts to have her first years to ingress in an older age than normal due to fear, but his mother knew it was best for him to just learn the secrets of magic and become stronger, so Joshua wouldn't miss his father so much.

Vulpes spent his time in Hogwarts as an outstanding and popular student, acing most of the tests and winning numerous duels and quidditch matches. His persona was all that a Hogwarts student stood for: Someone brave, powerful and of good nature.

In his last year in Hogwarts however, he returned home in winter, only to find out his mother had vanished completely. She had left a note for him, saying he wasn't to look for her, and that she would go to the most desolate corners of this planet, so she could escape this world where muggles and wizards couldn't coexist in peace. He then left Hogwarts to never return, and was determined to achieve his mother dream to any cost.
